At Sliced-N-Diced (HeartfulSalads), we are committed to delivering fresh, healthy, and hygienic salads right to your doorstep in Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we manage deliveries for both one-time and subscription orders.
1. Delivery Locations
Currently, we deliver across selected areas within Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram city limits.
- To confirm if we deliver to your location, please enter your address on our website during checkout.
- Orders placed via Zomato will follow their delivery radius and partner policies.
2. Delivery Timings
- Orders are delivered 5 days a week, based on kitchen operating hours.

Standard delivery slots are:
- Lunch: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Dinner / Evening: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- For subscription orders, deliveries are made on scheduled days and times chosen at the time of purchase.
- We make every effort to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
- Free delivery may be offered for select subscription plans or orders above a certain value.
- For one-time/à la carte orders, a nominal delivery fee may apply depending on the location and order value.
- Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Process
- Freshly prepared salads are packed in sealed, eco-friendly containers to maintain freshness and hygiene.
- Orders are delivered either by our in-house team or trusted delivery partners.
- Customers are requested to be available at the delivery address during the selected slot.
5. Failed Deliveries
A delivery attempt will be considered failed if:
- The customer is unavailable at the address during the delivery slot.
- Contact details provided are incorrect or unreachable.
- Access to the address is restricted without prior arrangement.
In such cases, the order amount will not be refunded. Subscription deliveries missed due to failed attempts will be counted as fulfilled.
6. Delivery for Subscription Orders
- Customers may pause or reschedule deliveries by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
- We do not allow same-day rescheduling once the order is prepared/dispatched.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Orders placed via Zomato or other delivery partners are subject to their respective delivery timelines, charges, and terms.
