Terms and Conditions – Healthful Salads


  1. Order Timings
    Orders must be placed at least one day in advance for timely preparation and delivery.
  2. Delivery Hours
    Deliveries are made between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
  3. Holidays: If we are closed on emergency , we will let you know about it
  4. Delivery Areas
    We currently deliver within select areas of Trivandrum. Please confirm service availability for your location before subscribing.
  5. Packaging
    All meals are packed in eco-friendly, food-safe containers. We encourage you to reuse or dispose of them responsibly.
  6. Cancellations & Changes
    Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  7. Refund Policy
    Refunds are applicable only for prepaid subscriptions that are cancelled with sufficient notice. No refunds will be provided once a meal is delivered.
  8. Subscription Pause
    You can pause your subscription with a minimum 24-hour notice. Unused days will be carried forward.
  9. Bulk Orders
    We accept bulk or corporate orders with prior notice. Please contact us directly to plan your menu and schedule.
  10. Allergies
    If you have any known allergies, kindly inform us during subscription. While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free kitchen.
  11. Seasonal Breaks
    There may be short breaks during holidays or seasonal downtime. Subscribers will be notified in advance, and remaining days will be adjusted accordingly.
  12. Payment
    Payments must be made in advance via UPI . Your subscription will begin once payment is confirmed.
